Long is the night and strange are my thoughts!

Hey there folks hope you having a good time! It's the part of the year where everybody's either falling ill or welcoming the spring season."Well hark me harpies there! The spring s coming, time for celebration!!"(pretend tis was said by a booming macho voice). What i'd like to ask is what's the fuss about mate? I understand the farmer's cheeriness in this matter but what about us? why is there a spring in everybody's step and a positive vibe in the air?
As far as i remember in the past every time I felt a bit cheerful during this period I realised that exams were right round the corner! Hello cheery thoughts,bye-bye cheery thoughts!! I mean for goodness sakes! I have never ever had a march where i was cheery in the real sense of the word!
OK there was nervous excitement and OK there was Holi to look forward to but(ah if only there was no but in this) the exams! Boards, entrance preparations, well that will suffice for now but that is quite enough to be going with anyways!

Now you guys might be thinking "OK he's right to a certain degree(a few nods thrown in for good measure)'so what's the point?". The point is my dear readers(well you're few so you're dear(i'm not overtly sentimental)) that what i wish to find out is why do this to us students? Why do we bear the brunt of this disservice done upon us by the Institutions of greatly exacting education? Why? Is it because most of the people in the committee were childless and hence child haters? Or did they want the public parks and etcetera for the elderly? Was this the great scheme of the planning commission? Or an evil scheme designed to clip our wings and contain our imagination from flying?
The answer might be something here or something even more ill-logical for us to imagine but atleast one thing is clear to me,there was a MOTIVE! And what it was is what we have to find out. Now I hope as trusted members of the student community this article has stirred some emotion within your chest(breast too but that might be sexist) and that for all that pain and suffering we will fight back.So do help me friends in this endeavour and together we will get this issue settled once and for all!!

p.s.-I might have got a few spellings wrong or this spellcheck is a dud so please bear with me!
p.p.s.-If you don't like the article then in my defence i got the title right!!
